2026 Signature Course Schedule

  • March 9 | Leading with Intention: Integrating Contemporary Leadership Theories
    This session explores how modern leadership theories can be intentionally integrated into community leadership program design, participant experiences, and personal leadership development. Participants will examine how frameworks such as Situational Leadership, Servant Leadership, and Strengths-Based Leadership can shape curriculum, strengthen participant growth, and foster purpose-driven leadership in complex community environments.

  • March 16 | Understanding the Complexities of Leadership Program Funding
    This workshop builds confidence and clarity around the financial realities of sustaining leadership programs. Participants will explore funding structures, financial storytelling, revenue and expense analysis, and the role of transparency in building trust with stakeholders, donors, and partners.

  • March 23 | Contemporary Adult Learning Theories in Practice
    Grounded in contemporary adult learning research, this session helps participants design meaningful learning experiences that foster reflection, skill development, and sustained behavior change. The workshop connects theory to practice through experiential, transformational, and learner-centered approaches that strengthen leadership development outcomes.

  • March 30 | Advanced Facilitation Techniques: Guiding Courageous Conversations Toward Action
    Designed for experienced facilitators, this session focuses on leading high-stakes, emotionally charged conversations in leadership settings. Participants will develop the skills needed to manage tension, balance participation, and guide groups from dialogue to shared understanding and action.

  • April 6 | Managing Boards, Volunteers, and Alumni for Long-Term Sustainability
    This session focuses on strengthening relationships with boards, volunteers, and alumni to support long-term program stability and impact. Participants will explore strategies for alignment, engagement, and role clarity while building a strong and active network of supporters and ambassadors.

  • April 13 | Navigating and Managing Conflict: Brain Science, Polarities, and Trust-Building Conversations
    This workshop reframes conflict as an opportunity for insight and growth. Participants will learn how stress responses shape behavior, how polarity thinking influences group dynamics, and how to facilitate conversations that build trust while maintaining accountability.

  • April 20 | The Power of Story: Communicating Impact and Transformation
    This session explores storytelling as a strategic leadership and communication tool. Participants will learn how to uncover, shape, and share authentic stories that demonstrate impact, strengthen engagement, and connect personal transformation to organizational mission.

  • April 27 | Human-Centered Leadership: Valuing Voices, Bridging Perspectives, Strengthening Communities
    This workshop explores leadership through a human-centered lens, emphasizing empathy, belonging, and the value of lived experience. Participants will examine how generational perspectives, identity, and intersectionality shape leadership and community engagement, and how to create environments where all voices are valued.

All courses are held on Mondays and run from 12:00 - 4:00 PM ET | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PT
