2027 Request for Proposals | Workshops
Welcome to the 2027 ALP National Conference Workshop Proposal Submission Process!
We invite leaders, experts, and changemakers to submit proposals to present at the 2027 Association of Leadership Programs (ALP) National Conference, to be hosted in Cleveland, Ohio.
Our theme, "Think Bigger, Act Bolder, Lead Together." reflects our commitment to inspiring and equipping community leaders to think creatively, take meaningful action, and strengthen the communities they serve.
Through engaging sessions, interactive workshops, and hands-on learning, the 2027 conference will offer attendees opportunities to gain practical tools and deepen their connections within an influential network of peers.
Why Your Workshop Matters
At ALP, we believe in the power of leaders to make a lasting difference when equipped with the right skills, resources, and insights. Each workshop session is designed to provide attendees with:
- Innovative Approaches: Introduce fresh ideas and unique methodologies that challenge traditional perspectives on leadership and community leadership development.
- Inclusive Content: Reflect and celebrate diverse voices, experiences, and viewpoints to ensure community leaders feel represented, connected, and empowered.
- Actionable Insights: Provide practical strategies attendees can apply to their work immediately, helping them make a greater impact in their own communities.
Whether it’s best practices in program design, strategies for community engagement, approaches to leadership development, or insights on organizational sustainability and social impact, we are looking for sessions that go beyond theory and offer real-world, implementable guidance.
